Where Do We Deliver?
We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please note that delivery to remote areas, including some parts of the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and other regional locations, may take longer than standard estimated timeframes.
How Much Is Shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $90 AUD.
For orders under $90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 AUD applies.
What Are the Delivery Timeframes?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Once processed, standard delivery via Australia Post usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.
Delivery to remote or regional areas may take additional time beyond these estimates.
Order Cutoff Time
Cutoff: 5:00 PM ACST.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ACST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ACST will be processed the next business day.
Your Rights Regarding Delivery
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if goods are not delivered within a reasonable time after purchase, or within any agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy, including cancellation of the order and a full refund. Please contact us if you experience significant delays.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as significant delays or lost parcels, please contact our customer service team. We will liaise with Australia Post or the relevant carrier on your behalf.
Please note that delays caused by Australia Post or courier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control may affect delivery timeframes.
